Työllistä taidolla is personal advisory support for entrepreneurs on hiring an employee. Already during the service you get a written plan and concrete measures that will lead you to a successful outcome.
FOR WHOM?
For companies in the Oulu region employment area that have been operating for 1–8 years and employ no more than five people, and that are seeking growth. The industry does not matter. The service is available in Finnish and English.
HOW?
We contact you within five working days of the order. We prefer to work face to face at the client’s own premises, in several sessions if needed. Using remote connections is also possible. We proceed on a schedule that suits you, at your pace.
WHY DOAMA?
We are entrepreneurs and employers ourselves. We know what growing your headcount means in practice. We don’t leave the work at the planning stage — we take it into everyday practice, professionally, hands-on and with a relaxed touch.
How to join
You apply to the coaching through the employment authority. Fill in the application form on BusinessOulu’s website and select Doama Solutions Oy as your service provider. Once you have been accepted, we will be in touch with you.
The service is funded as de minimis aid, so the company must meet the conditions of the aid.
